Beginning once you reach out to schedule a meeting the SCI team begins to research your product line, services, competitors and ideal customers at great length before your first meeting. Past SCI projects will be referenced to find relevant examples of work and results delivered to those clients.
During our first meeting at your office, SCI East or West Coast locations or simply online over video conference SCI will learn about your goals, dreams and aspirations for your business. Based off the team’s experience and research SCI will ask probing questions and offer Some Clever Insights on how leading edge technology, design and marketing strategy can be implemented by the SCI team when our two companies begin working with each other.
Following your meeting the SCI experts jump into action preparing a comprehensive creative brief for the SCI production team where they will design mockups and samples of the project that will best achieve your goals. During this phase, the various departmental managers on SCI Design, Web Development and Marketing teams prepare a detailed proposal including accurate estimates of the number of hours of work needed to meet your goals.
During our second meeting, the SCI team will walk you through the purposefully designed mockups and marketing strategy that we recommend for your exact project. This will give you a crystal clear picture of what you can expect from our team in the future while demonstrating the care that SCI puts into every project to ensure the results are delivered above expectations.
Once you decide to proceed with the project with our team, another couple weeks of strategy and design will push the proposed design mockups and strategy further until they are exactly inline with your hopes and dreams. With feedback from your team along the way within a month, the project will be ready to go into the implementation phase where you are also constantly kept up to date on the progress.
